[Users] Templates and file-extensions

I prefer our own extension (e.g. ssp) without defining the media type  
in the file name.

If we want to define the media type in the file name I suggest to use  
foo-xhtml.ssp or fooxhtml.ssp instead of dot-syntax (e.g foo.xhtml.ssp)

I think a lot of webpublisher don't under this syntax.
